Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Alpha Associates Recruitment are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client based in Liverpool.

This will be a mix of office based and on-site work.

Main Responsibilities Required of the Quantity Surveyor:

• Negotiating contracts
• Conducting cost estimates
• Advise on new strategies and improvements
• Monitor project expenditures
• Implement cost-saving measures

Qualifications Required of the Quantity Surveyor:

• Experience working on residential development projects (medium-large projects)
• In depth knowledge of cost management
• in depth knowledge of construction contracts

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be paid up to £70,000 per annum.
