About the Role\n\nI am working with a rapidly expanding main contractor in South Wales that is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their growing team. Specializing in new build social housing projects, they have a strong pipeline of work and are offering an exciting opportunity for a QS to develop their career within a thriving business.\n\nThis role will involve managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects across the region, ensuring cost control, procurement, and contract administration are effectively handled.
