Quantity Surveyor

Our client a Global Cost and Construction Consultancy with offices throughout the UK are currently looking for a Cost Manager to join their Real Estate team based in Leeds.



To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following experience/qualifications:



Degree Qualified as a Quantity Surveyor (RICS Accredited)

Either MRICS qualified or looking to work towards this

Gained previous experience working for a Consultancy or client side organisation



They have a variety of projects across various sectors at the moment to include residential and healthcare but are happy to consider candidates with experience across any property related sectors.



They are happy to be flexible on salary to attract the right person for this role.
