The Quantity Surveyor Role As a Quantity Surveyor , you'll work closely with a QS Director , leading on both pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities. You'll play a crucial role in drafting prelims, preparing tenders, reviewing contract documents , and managing project finances to deliver exceptional value for clients. With five strategic offices nationwide , this consultancy works across a diverse range of sectors including Hotels, Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail , delivering projects from £1m - £120m .
