Quantity Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly respected construction consultancy in their Lincoln office. With five offices across the UK and a team of 50 professionals-15 of whom are based in Lincoln-our client delivers expert cost consultancy and project management services across a diverse range of sectors. Their projects range in value from £100k to £25M, covering commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and more.

Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits



Salary: £35k - £65k DOE

Managing cost control and financial planning throughout project lifecycles

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side role

Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
