Salary: Up to £55,000 plus package

We are working with one of the UK’s leading façades and remediation contractors, renowned for delivering high-quality projects nationwide. With a strong track record of completing schemes of up to £10 million across the commercial, retail, leisure, industrial, and healthcare sectors and a growing portfolio of prestigious clients, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team by appointing a talented Quantity Surveyor.

Your role will involve:

Review and validate all estimates prior to contract award to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Analyse contract terms to minimise business risk and ensure commercial protection.

Procure subcontractors, sub-consultants, and materials in line with the defined scope of works, securing competitive rates within budget allowances.

Ensure all subcontractors are engaged under commercially robust contracts.

Proactively identify risks and opportunities to safeguard and enhance the tendered profit margin.

Manage cash flow in accordance with contract terms, ensuring timely submission of applications and prompt payment processes.

Drive value throughout the project lifecycle to optimise financial performance.

Requirements:

✔️ 2-5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying

✔️ Background in facade works and remediation schemes is beneficial but by no means essential

✔️ A degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable but not essential
