Permanent salaries £50,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + benefits.

Location: Hybrid (Home & London or Birmingham Office).

What You’ll Do:

✔️Support in managing project costs and budgets.

✔️Preparing financial reports, cost estimates, and evaluations.

✔️Manage contracts and payment applications.

✔️Contribute to cost forecasting and managing project financials.

✔️Work with a team of experts in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

✅Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contract management.

✅Strong analytical and communication skills.

✅A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, and working towards professional membership.
