Quantity Surveyor

PCR are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our clients on a permanant basis. Our Client is a small - medium contractor who specialise mainly in fit out work.



Key Responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor:



• Oversee procurement, cost reporting, and subcontractor management

• Work closely with the site team to align commercial strategies with project goals

• Ensure robust financial controls, reporting directly to the Commercial Director

This opportunity is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor seeking long-term involvement



The Ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor Will Have:



• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• RC frame and complex build knowledge

• Ability to manage junior staff and collaborate effectively with site teams

• A proactive, solution-led approach to cost management and procurement
