Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

Job Description

We are working with a well established construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business. \n \n The organisation work on commercial and industrial projects across the Northwest and are looking for someone to grow and develop with the business. \n \n Projects values range between £50k and £15m in value.

\n \n The Quantity Surveyor should be able to work on their own initiative.\n\nWorking with clients\n\nmanaging sub contractor payments\n\nbills of quantities\n\npricing\n\nestimating\n\nCVR's\n\nfinal accounts \n\ncost analysis.\n\nEnsuring projects are on time and within budget. \n \n You will be provided with ongoing training and career development which will be paid for provided by the employer. There is an opportunity to work for an expanding commercial team and develop into Senior Quantity Surveyor.
