Through many years of successfully completing groundworks, civil engineering and roads & sewers packages up to £20m for the largest housing developers in the UK.

This well-established Groundworks / Civil Engineering Contractor despite their success, are rapidly expanding in your region in 2023 and are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage up to 6 schemes at any given time.

Progression opportunities to Commercial Manager / Commercial Director

As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor youll be overseeing commercial aspects of high volume groundworks projects, you will be required to carry out pre-site surveys to validate allocated works by the client and preparation and submission of CVR's;

Required experience and qualifications:

Experience managing groundworks packages of up to £10m in value.

Experience managing junior quantity surveyors.

Groundworks & Civil Engineering Experience

Past experience as a Surveyor within Groundworks would be ideal
