About the Role



We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key projects, driving performance and delivering exceptional results. As a vital part of our team, you will play a critical role in the commercial success of our projects, balancing autonomy with collaboration.



Key Responsibilities



* End-to-End Project Management: Take full commercial responsibility for projects from inception to final account.



* Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.



* Cost Control: Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports to ensure projects are delivered within financial targets.



* Performance Focus: Drive results in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.



* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.



What We’re Looking For



* Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level.



* Proven success working on a variety of projects, with a track record of delivering results.



* Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.



* Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.



* A self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment and is motivated by performance-based rewards.



* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS) are desirable but not essential.
