The RoleWorking within the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the pricing of projects in civil and construction. Some of your key duties will include:You will be involved in tendering, pricing, and estimationCost tracking and cost controlBudget monitoring and forecastingProgress claims and variationsStakeholder liaisonContract administrationComputer literacyPositive and enthusiastic attitudeStrong work ethicAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to concentrate and focus on the task at handThe candidate should have the following skills: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in civil and commercial site work construction, however, other industry sectors will be considered too.Ideally 5-6 years of experienceStrong Communication and written skillsAbility to read plans and establish variationsProven experience in Quantity Surveying and EstimationBe well organized and have strong planning skillsBe computer savvy and have experience with various cost software’sExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skillsBe commercial
