Quantity Surveyor- Groundworks

I have been asked to find a couple of Quantity Surveyors for my client is SW London/Surrey.



They are a groundworks specialist who are operating within an hour's radius of their head office. Operating mainly within the residential groundworks sector my client has reached a turnover of more than £50 m and has impressive but achievable plans for the future.



They are looking for candidates with a subcontracting background- ideally in groundworks or RC frames- you'll need a couple of years relevant experience for the intermediate and 3-5 years plus for the senior opportunities.



My client runs a close-knit team and staff turnover is low as a result. With the location of their projects the opportunities would suit someone who doesn't wish to make the journey into the city on a daily basis and prefers a more local working environment.



Projects tend to be anywhere between £1-10 million as a rule with occasional larger schemes completed. This contractor has strong relationships with many of the top developers and main contractors and their ongoing success is assured for the future.
