Project Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks, (Sheffield, Notts, Derby, Leeds)



£50k - £60k plus package.



Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor with Groundworks contracting experience?



The company is a leading groundworks contractor in the East & West Midlands working on residential groundworks They are seeking a driven individual to oversee all projects around Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby & Leeds. Duties will include :



* Preparing tender documents, including bills from drawings



* Preparing sub-contract enquiries and order documentation



* Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations



* Providing support in cost management and financial reports



* Working on own projects as appropriate



You will be required to cover projects across the Sheffield, Notts, Derby, Leeds



A full driving licence is required
