Hiring: Quantity Surveyor – Retail Fit-Out | Up to £60K |



Working from home 3/4 days per week.



Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for retail fit-out projects? We’re looking for a skilled QS to join our team in Hull, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits!



The Role:



* Overseeing cost management for retail fit-out projects



* Preparing estimates, valuations, and budgets



* Managing contracts and supplier negotiations



* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget



What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in retail fit-outs or interior construction

✅ Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

✅ Excellent knowledge of contracts and cost control

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
