Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

This client is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their commercial department.



This construction contractor is very busy and looking to add to their team due to the increased workload.



You will be required to fully commercially manage 3-4 construction projects at any one time, with a variety of projects, ranging from residential, new build extensions, refurbishments, heritage, social refurb, commercial projects, industrial units & sheds.



Project Values will range from £300k up to £5million, with an average project value of between £2m & £4m.



You will need to be comfortable managing all commercial aspects of a construction projects including sub-contract procurement and monthly CVRs.
