Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Competitive Benefits Package

Our well-established construction company, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, specialises in multi-sector refurbishment projects, including commercial, care, hospitality, hotel, retail, and leisure. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented and driven Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring cost efficiency, value for money, and quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual elements of projects
* Preparing cost estimates, tenders, and valuations
* Conducting risk analysis and ensuring budget control
* Managing subcontractor procurement and negotiations
* Working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget
* Preparing and submitting final accounts and reports
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in one or more of our key sectors
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
* A relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
