Job Title: Experienced Quantity Surveyor – Guernsey



Location: Guernsey



Salary: Up to £75,000



Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for bespoke housing projects? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Client in Guernsey.



About the Role:



You will play a key role in managing unique residential projects from concept to completion. With a focus on bespoke housing, you will be responsible for:



* Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.



* Cost Estimating: Provide accurate and detailed cost estimations, helping clients make informed decisions.



* Procurement & Contract Management: Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts to ensure the highest quality and value for each project.



What We’re Looking For:



* Proven experience in quantity surveying, particularly in high-end residential or bespoke housing projects.



* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.



* Proficiency in cost estimating, procurement, and budget control.



* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.



* A thorough understanding of local building regulations and construction standards in Guernsey.
