The Company



Our client are a Main Contractor specialising in all forms of Roofing, External and Internal Refurbishment.



The Role - Quantity Surveyor



* Liaise with the Estimating Department to receive full contract documentation



* Procurement of sub contract works



* Prepare and agree subcontract final accounts



* Fully monitor all costs for the project including preliminaries, design fees, utility fees, subcontract and materials



* Value and agree payment in respect of variations.



* Attend regular internal/external project meetings.
