Radar Engineering Program Manager

Introducing best-in-class Radar sensor that would complement Mobileye’s end-to-end autonomous driving solution platform.You will be joining an excellent group of people, working on a cutting-edge mmWave Radar technology and enjoy a dynamic and challenging environment. What will your job look like? Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and integration.Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Resolve conflicts and facilitate communication among team members.Ensure that engineering projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Develop and enforce engineering standards and methodologies.All you need is: BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or similarMinimum of 5-10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a project or program management roleWide System overview of multidisciplinary systems (FW\HW) - MandatoryBackground in SW\FW DEV or Integration\Validation - MandatoryProven track record of managing complex engineering projects from inception to completionStrong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)JIRA For project management and Bugs - MandatoryEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Agile and other project management methodologiesFamiliar with Automotive\Military Radar operations - high advantage Familiar with RF products and Automotive industry ASPICE background - an advantage
