IN_RBAI_Process Specialist - Dispensing process and mechanical Processes

Job DescriptionProcess Specialist-Design approval, Line build co-ordination, per-acceptance, Installation & line release.-2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.-Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools PDCA approach.-Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)-Process Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.-PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.-New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & external). And co-ordination with International Competence Network-Benchmark, Localization, tool life improvement.-Coordination with development and leadplant for process and new products.-Adherence to manufacturing specification ( Ex : process & product specific document) and ensuring the process met quality standardsQualificationsBE-Mechanical/MechatronicsAdditional InformationTechnical skills:• Good Knowledge on Electronics Manufacturing process• Good knowledge on GD & T, Good knowledge on Mechanical drawing reading• Good to have knowledge on Dispensing and Additive technology and related materials• Basic understanding on electrical drawing, sensors.• Good knowledge in assembly line Mechanical stations and processes.• Good knowledge in AutoCAD and mechanical drawings.• Knowledge on Total preventive maintenance, Calibration and documentation,• Good knowledge on FMEA & CP.• DOE & 7QC toolsSoft Skills:• Time management skills and excellent analytical skills• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills• Good Presentation skills
