IN_RBAI_Senior Engineer - Maintenance Shift Leader (SMT)

Job DescriptionRegular:Adherence to manufacturing process compliance, legal & safety requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications.Responsible for Safety, Equipment down times and Quality of SMT Line (Solder paste printing -EKRA, reflow ovens -REHM & ERSA, Glue dispensing Machine -CAMLOT, P&P(Panasonic-NPM, ASM), AOI- Mirtec, SPI-Kohyoung and other SMT machines technical availability).Willing to work in all 3 shifts.Handle the team of Engineers/Senior Engineers independently in a shiftCo-ordinating with CFT for day-to-day activitiesWork Continuously for improving Technical Availability and reducing the Breakdown of machinesFinding training needs among the team and planning the same.Deriving of corrective and preventive actions for machine breakdownShould have good analytical skills, converting ability to solve problems on machines & lines.Should possess deep problem-solving abilities eg:8DShould predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance)Should work on Continuous improvementResponsible for individual target and department targetShould predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance)Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns and its closure.Ordering and management of Spare parts and follow-up to get the same.Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing themManaging and Allocation of Manpower for regular Activities.Periodic:Review of KPIs and drives the team to achieve KPIsArrange trainings to associates to improve MTTRShould work for Improving SQCDShould periodically review PM & B/D points, and convert them to CBM, Predictive mode. Need to make scientific analysis of failure and make suggestion of monitoring.Create QAM, Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.Implementation and sustenance of TPM, MTBF and MTTRCo-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities.Establishing Spares monitoring for wear partsPlanning and replacement of Tooling and Spare parts managementImplementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like solutions, AI/ML Predictive Maintenance, etc.QualificationsDiploma in Mechatronics / E&E / Electronics with 7-12Years of expAdditional Information 7 - 12 Years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry with the sound Electrical and Mechanical Trouble shooting skills on Pick and place machines, Milling , Thermo fuse locking and conveyor systems .
