R&D- Data Science and Analytics Lead

OverviewThe role is built to lead the DSA team in Hyderabad. The team is looking for key resources that can technically lead a team of AI/ML engineers, statistician and first-principle modeling engineers. The candidate will perform administrative leadership to manage daily operations to enable the team to perform at their optimal capacity and productivity. The candidate also need to coach/mentor the team to upskill their technical proficiency to deliver their AOP objectives. The role requires the candidate to be proficient in advanced AI/ML modeling, advanced statistics and first-principle (physics) modeling. Preferably with Computer Science, Software Engineer and/or engineering background. The candidate should have extensive experience in building and developing a technical team in commercial/business environment. ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of DSA objectives against AOP prioritiesManage DSA team in Hyderabad from admistrative and technical aspectsSupport on ML/Data Ops that are part of Advanced Analytics (AI/ML) tools, include/but not limited to Azure DevOps Pipeline deployment, debugging application/issuesSupport senior simulation engineers on assigned simulation tasks including CAD creation, CAD cleaning, meshing, pre-processing, post processing, creating visuals of data QualificationsStrong background in machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis and big data technologies.
