Summary
Silicon Valley, group company is searching for
business development specialist to join our development team in San Jose California. We are seeking a person
with creativity and technical skills to support projects in the area of Renewable Energy and Mobility and Info-
communication system and materials which are related to R&D departments of Electric Industries.

This position requires a technically understanding individual who can work with engineers and scientists at
Innovation office and work with remotely several R&D departments of HQ in Japan to create new R&D themes
and business in U.S . The candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
eagerness to learn and grow and have a flexible approach to solving problems.

Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirement
• Conduct technology research and understand the technology needs from the potential customers.
• Work closely with the development team in Japan R&D team
• Attend various seminars and meetings to build network with the industrial experts.
• International and domestic travel required.
• Others as assigned.

Desired
• Following technical news topics about specific business area and forward them teams member.

Qualifications/Required
• Must have Bachelor of Science degree; Master of Science degree
• Preferred 2-3years of business development experience or equivalent to the same experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills including development and delivery of presentations, proposals, and
technical documents.
• Self-motivated, proactive self-learner with great problem solving skill.
• Fluency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese counter part.
Desired
• Past experience with business development of CASE(Connected, autonomous, sharing, electric) technology for
automotive industry.
• Past experience with business development of renewable energy system and management industry.
• Past experience with business development of data center system and optical communication industry
