Live in beautiful Sonoma County amongst vineyards, redwood forests, rivers, lakes and coastline while working on state-of-the-art ICs and devices.Process Development Engineers at HFTC are responsible for process development and sustaining of custom, cutting edge, micro and nano-fabrication technologies for high performance microwave and millimeter-wave applications. The technologies include InP and GaAs-based HBTs, HEMTs and other electronic components which enable key competitive differentiation of Keysight’s industry-leading RF, microwave and high bit rate instruments.The focus of this position is development, release, and sustaining of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Working closely with process, integration, test, and circuit design engineers to define data flows and equipment modeling for MES interactions.Data collection and database structure implementation for new MES.Cross-coordination and functional definitions for process, equipment, and metrology data feedsConversion of existing SPC forms as well as development of new forms and charts.Ensuring successful transfer and maintenance of new technologies in manufacturing.
