Receptionist (speaking English and Russian)
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary.
- Managing and distributing mail and packages.
- Providing information to visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Booking appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Handling basic inquiries and providing customer service.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), additional languages will be a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Ability to interact respectfully with passengers from various countries and cultures.
