Records Management Specialist

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for initial file review and setup within our internal case management system.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Review client referrals for accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete all data entry for file creation.
  • Assign future internal tasks.
  • Complete skip traces for information needed for relevant information.
  • Requests all missing information in accordance with client requirements.
  • Provide client(s) with regular updates relating to the action.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Prior knowledge of loan documents and Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be willing to adapt to a frequently changing and dynamic work environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interaction(s).
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in adobe acrobat and the redaction process.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated a history of multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing work.
  • Prior knowledge of industry specific regulations and case management systems is but not required.

 

 

Schedule & Benefits:

This is on-site position. Our team works Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST. After a successful period, flexible work schedules will be considered.
