What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or HVAC repair ( but not required)
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving
The RV Technician / Mechanic will earn an hourly pay rate, PLUS an unlimited billable hour/commission!
The RV Technician / Mechanic must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently. Hours will vary between 8 am-5 pm Tuesday-Saturday, or Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based upon business needs.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Considerable knowledge of:
- Methods, materials, tools and techniques used in vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
- Diagnosing mechanical problems and performing repairs.
- Safety practices and procedures.
Working knowledge of:
- Paint and body work.
- Mechanical design and fabrication.
- Electrical systems, including computerized induction/ignition systems.
Skill in:
- Use of power and hand tools.
- Use of diagnostic equipment.
- Operation of vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
Ability to:
- Work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Work extended hours out of doors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public.
- Follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturers’ service specifications.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Education:
Experience and/or training in recreational vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance shop or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
