What You’ll Do:

As a recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our growing business by:

• Connecting Talent with Opportunity: Recruit, interview, and screen top professionals for our clients’ staffing needs, ensuring a perfect fit for both candidates and employers.
• Understanding Client Needs: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR representatives to grasp client requirements and fill positions efficiently.
• High-Volume Outreach: Engage in phone, email, and text communications to attract and connect with potential candidates, making use of your networking skills and social media platforms.
• Building Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with candidates, even those not immediately placed, and maintain regular check-ins to support their career journey.
• Advising on Talent Strategy: Research and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our recruitment processes, ensuring we remain competitive in attracting top talent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is
• High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset to achieve success and meet production goals
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
• Integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing for the team, clients, candidates, and the organization
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, with a willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Must be located in to Houston, TX
