To faciliate the expansion in Hong Kong Regional hub, they are looking for an experienced sales talent to join the team. ...ResponsibilitiesDrive sales through distributors to achieve sales and gross profit for assigned markets;Monitor advertising and promotions expenditure by distributors ensuring best value for the company and the distributors;Conduct regular business reviews and provide training to distributorsDevelop annual business plan and trade activity plan;Conduct sales analysis and report sales, margin and profit and other performance indicators on a regular basis;Identify and acquire new business opportunities for existing and new markets and lead contract negotiations;Follow on export shipments and ensure accurate rolling forecasts;Work closely with factories and customer service team on aftersales; andAd hoc assignments would be assigned when neededRequirementBachelor degree or above, preferably in business, marketing or related field;10+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in appliances, consumer electronics or household products for APAC regional exposure;Experience in distributor management is a must;Strong business acumen with strong influencing skills;Outstanding communication skills, commercial sense and results driven;Team player, independent, self-motivated and goal-oriented;Strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills in English and Mandarin; andBusiness travel in APAC region is requiredshow more About the companyOur client is a US based and listed company with a long legacy in consumer electronics and appliances.
