Regional Health and Safety Director
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental strategies in line with local and European regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of health, safety, and environmental professionals across the 4 manufacturing factories.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to integrate health, safety, and environmental practices into the overall business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all health, safety, and environmental matters across the European manufacturing sites.
- Establish strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies, stakeholders and the HSE teams at Corporate (US).
Overseeing 4 manufacturing factories|Experience in metal processing / heavy industry
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior health, safety, and environmental leadership role within a manufacturing environment - at least 8 years.
- Experience gained in heavy industry or production focused on metal processing - must have
- In-depth knowledge of European health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Polish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel between the manufacturing sites in Europe.
