Job OverviewEnsure that current and planned processes reflect high quality standards, and new methods and systems are developed across the board, implemented and maintained based on risk analysis.Responsibilities To ensure accident prevention and environmental protection facilities are established and maintained and to encourage all workers to use protective equipment and devices for the purpose of accident prevention and environmental protection. The job holder is authorized, in coordination with the specialist departments, to block products and/or processes in order to restore conformity of systems, processes and products (e.g. creation of quality notifications in SAP (Z1- Z3)) Definition, implementation and follow-up of corrective measures in the event of product, process and system deviations Preparation of reports with regard to quality-relevant key figures Evaluation and adoption, as well as development of new methods / products / processes according to phase G5 of the functional checklist and their implementation in series production Advising and supporting specialist departments to maintain and optimize systems and processes Development and introduction of new quality methods (based on risk analyses) and the associated documentation Planning and implementation of product and process audits with identification of improvement potentials and tracking of measures, as well as their preparation and follow-up.
