Reliability EngineerProtect the company assets through monitoring and updating of maintenance policies. Analyze the performance data of the machinery using the systems in place and implement best practice for the maintenance department.Key Responsibilities:BUDGET·Provide guidelines of the maintenance budget for the evaluation of economic impacts.·Benchmarking: performs the comparative analysis of the outcomes of maintenance methodsMAINTENANCE PROCEDURES·Defines the guidelines for the maintenance methods and proposes·Defines the methods of data collection and analysis necessary for the evaluation of maintenance procedures·Makes a critical analysis and review of the maintenance manuals·Defines and shares the methods of fault analysis in order to collect the data required for analysisPLANNING INTERVENTIONS·Developing medium-term plan·Provides information about maintenance opportunities as a result of the data analysis e.g. PM’s.PERFORMANCE MEASURES·Collects, processes and shares maintenance practices available in and outside the company to be used during work·Collects and analyzes performance data of the plants and performs analyses necessary to improve the system of indicators·Defines performance indicators (KPI) for the maintenanceKey Requirements:oHigher Diploma (level 8) or Degree qualified oA minimum of 2 years’ experience oStrong verbal and written communication skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills. oAnalytical skills oHands-on approach, highly motivated and resilient.If you feel you have the necessary experience for this position, please reach out to Paul Horgan at #LI-PH1
