In this role, you will be a core member of Quality team dedicated to creating World Class Quality processes for flow meters to provide a Best-in-Class experience for our customers. You’re responsible for providing direction to monitor and improve product quality and reliability throughout all phases of the product life cycle. Apply knowledge of field issues to new product design and operations. Use field return data to drive positive changes in the design and manufacturing of future products.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Determine the nature and scope of assigned projects, as well as budget and schedule parameters, and delegate assignments when appropriate. - Ensure timely and effective coordination with other disciplines involved in the project. - Schedule and attend project meetings to communicate any issues/concerns relating to product quality. - Develop and document Reliability Test Plans, Quality Criteria, and Test Results for new products with input from the design team.- Perform failure analysis as needed.- Investigate product failure modes and causes and communicate findings to the engineering and operations organizations.- Participate in DFMEA and FMEA to identify Critical Design Characteristics (CDCs) on new and existing products.- Participate in the Stage Gate review process for new and existing products and prepare presentations when appropriate.- Direct and oversee the activities of test technicians as appropriate.- Take other job assignments allocated by leaders.Who You Are: You identify and seize new opportunities. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.For This Role, You Will Need: Requires the ability to devise new approaches and solutions to problems identified and to modify and extend theories and practices within the field, as well as the ability to organize and lead reliability engineering projects. Three+ years of engineering experience, where a good working knowledge of Quality and Reliability has been obtained. Bachelors degree or above in engineering or equivalent Qualification as Auditor in ISO system is prefered Strong ability in math, computer, and problem solving skills are required. Fluent written and oral communications skills in both English and Chinese.
