- Analysing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
- Data analysis of breakdowns to prioritise workload and implementing preventative tasks/escalate projects required.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis to determine underlying cause of problems.
- Identifying opportunities to improve machine performance and driving improvement projects to completion.
- Developing and implementing new maintenance procedures
- Designing and implementing new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment.
- Finding and implementing new technologies that can improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Developing and delivering training programmes for the maintenance team.
- Collaborating with other parts of the business to ensure reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organisation.
- Collate data for and report of OEE.

\nPerson Specification:\n
- \n
- Safety-conscious: the ability to identify potential hazards and take the necessary steps to mitigate them.
- Minimum 5 years' hands on experience in a reliability-based role.
- Must be analytical in thinking and data driven when making decisions.
- Must have a technical aptitude shown through experience in maintenance related roles.
- Must be confident with data analysis from a variety of streams.
- Experienced in Condition Based Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Centred Maintenance, and Risk Based Techniques.
- Will be a good problem solver familiar with standard problem-solving techniques, i.e. 5 Why, PPS, 8D, Six Panel, FMEA or equivalent.
- Ideally formally trained to Six Sigma Green Belt Level
- Communication: the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
