This company is seeking a driven individual to join their dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative, complex electronic systems. As a Reliability Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of their cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities of the Reliability Engineer Role:
Support the preparation of Reliability Programme Plans that meet the requirements of Def Stan 00-40
Conduct system and sub-system reliability activities, including deriving reliability requirements, preparing predictions, and producing FMECAs
Manage critical items lists and provide support for reliability testing and analysis
Collaborate with internal and external project Reliability Panels and Committees to provide assurance that reliability requirements are achievedQualifications and Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Reliability Engineer, preferably in the defence or aerospace industry
Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and practices, particularly in the context of complex electronic systems
Proficiency in reliability prediction, FMECA, and reliability test planning and analysis
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address reliability challenges
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersWhy Join this Company?
