Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Carrying out damage and root cause analyses of EB products - in particular mechanical sealsSupporting the EB organization with technical problems in connection with the product function in the after marketProcessing and management of complex RCAs in close cooperation with all parties involved (internal/external)Close cooperation and coordination with the EB sales organizationEnsuring compliance with defined processes and their continuous improvement in the role of Corporate Lead Function (CLF)Qualifications:Degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable qualificationSound technical knowledge in the field of mechanical seal and application technology as well as the associated supply systemsExperience in the field of failure analysis and root cause analysis is an advantageIndependent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a teamHigh degree of personal responsibility, flexibility and assertiveness as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking and actingConfident handling of MS Office & SAP knowledge desirableBusiness fluent in German and English and willingness to travel worldwide
