During your internship you will be supported by your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience.As an Intern, you will be:Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillsetCompleting internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvementsLearning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasksCollaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leadersApplying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintainedPursuing your development through different best practices and projects inside the organizationAble the learn and develop your soft skills in a professional environment, preparing you for the market or for our Entry Level positions after your internshipFuel your passion To be successful in this role you Should: Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering or Math related major. Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country Be in your in your 3rd of 4th year of degree studies and have the availability to stay in the internship for two years. Advanced English (Both oral and written) Have the legal right to work without restrictions in ColombiaBe prepared to enrol yourself with different activities and projects, being owner of them and having an active voice to be part of the team and the company in a large scale As an Intern You WillAs a Reliability Engineering Intern you will be part of the Artificial Lift Services Product Regional reliability team to support the COLOMBIA operation.
