Rental Account Manager – EV Vehicle Solutions & Services

£35,000 - £37,000 basic + 5%

Flexible Benefits Package + Discounted Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme

Hybrid 2-3 days per week in office. (Hertfordshire).

About the Role:

As the Daily Rental account manager, you'll have the responsibility for managing relationships between third party rental agencies and customers, whether they're brand new or existing. You'll work hand in hand with the internal teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Your main goal? To build strong, friendly relationships with customers and third-party rental agencies. You'll also provide best in class service through quarterly check-ins. You'll catch up with customers to make sure they're happy and to see where improvements can be made. All of this is to make sure your delivering the top-notch service that the customers deserve.
