Research and Development Engineer

Research and Development (R&D) Engineer – Great Yarmouth



Position 1 Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a client in Great Yarmouth, specialising in the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Offshore industries. They are seeking an experienced Research and Development (R&D) Engineer to drive innovative product development and design.



Key Responsibilities:



* Expertise in designing electronic circuits and assemblies.



* Manage product development from concept through to manufacturing.



* Review job specifications, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.



* Test components, prototypes, and PCB assemblies to ensure functionality.



Experience & Qualifications:



* Proven experience in an electronic engineering design role.



* Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and mechanical concepts, ideally in a marine/offshore environment.



* Engineering qualifications to BEng level or equivalent.



Role Details:



* Monday to Friday (day shifts).



* Full-time, permanent position.



* Based in Great Yarmouth.
