Duties:

• Develop, qualify, validate and implement analytical methods (Biochemical, Immunological, Enzymatics and cell-based Methodology) necessary to support all phases of Drug development projects
• Characterize process intermediates and drug products for current and novel biotherapeutics.

Qualifications:

• PhD plus 2 years' experience, MS plus 3 + years or bachelor's plus 6 years.
• Experience in assay development (Protein and Cell-based, including blood/tissue culturing)
• Skilled in Western Blotting with SDS-PAGE, Gel electrophoresis, ELISA, Cell-Based (Flowcytometry/FACS)
