Job DescriptionConduct research and pre-development of innovative fuel cell and hydrogen systems as well as key BoPs for mobility and beyond, in close collaboration with the research teams in Germany and USFocus is on optimizing fuel cell and hydrogen system with innovative BoPs, system topology and control strategyWork closely with business units in China to supply cutting edge technology solutions and to transform them to productsScouting, identifying, benchmarking and tracking of new trends and emerging technologies in China, derive impacts on company research strategy and identify key partners.Establish relationship with university professors, industrial companies and experts.Main responsibility includes: Pursue technology excellence by contributing brilliant ideas to new product concepts including patent filingProve innovation concept by pre-development including design, simulation, prototyping, test and validationDesign and implement system solutions from requirements to production and commercial deploymentSupport project activities to transfer deliverables to business units successfullyQualificationsPhD degree or excellent Master in discipline of automotive engineering, thermodynamics, electrical engineering, fuel cell or computational optimization; knowledge on fuel cell and hydrogen system is appreciatedPractical experiences in system simulation, system optimization and control strategy development is preferredGood knowledge on fuel cell and electrolysis stack and auxiliaries (BoP such as filter, compressor, humidifier, recirculation pump, radiator, coolant pump, as well as hydrogen storage) is preferredBroad knowledge on H2 industry from production to utilization is preferredExcellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written)Efficient, result-oriented, structured working style, experienced in project workStrong team player and passion for innovationAdditional Information该职位内部推荐奖金为人民币10,000元整（仅限博世内部员工申请），具体请参见《博世中国内部推荐政策》Internal Referral bonus of this vacancy:RMB 10,000 (Valid only for Bosch associates).
