Resident Engineer

Key Responsibilities:• Provide technical leadership and oversight throughout the construction phases of Metro and Railways projects.• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.• Supervise and coordinate activities of contractors, subcontractors, and construction personnel on site.• Conduct regular inspections, quality assessments, and progress evaluations to monitor project performance.• Resolve technical issues, disputes, and challenges that may arise during construction, ensuring timely resolution to minimize delays.• Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones.• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, schedules, and budgets.
