Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience;

Have a valid drivers license;

Lead home improvement projects in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, custom carpentry home, and electrical and plumbing repairs;

Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods and tools;

Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, decks or other structural work;

Repair or replace flat roofs;

Handyman repairs;

New constructions and renovation skills;
