REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
*Minimum 5 years of experience as a Residential Construction Superintendent
*Must have vehicle and valid driver's license
*In depth knowledge and comfort with job estimation, budget control, and material procurement with the ability to enforce quality standards.
*OSHA certification a plus
*Excellent, professional communication skills
*Strong technical construction knowledge including reading and interpreting blueprints and understanding general building and safety codes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Scheduling of project including subcontractors, vendors, deliveries and inspections
*Daily review and oversight of current work on site
*Monitoring Subcontractors and overall job site cleanliness
*Attend and Schedule city/county inspections
*Ensure quality control of all workmanship
*Ensure home is complete with no outstanding items before closing
*Perform homeowner walk throughs
*Complete final walk-through item list in a timely manner

The Superintendent position we are offering would have responsibilities including the planning and execution of the entire building process from start to finish. Building relationships with our customers, vendors and inspectors is paramount to our success and a top priority of all our team members. The position would currently be focused on the south and southeast side of Atlanta, although would include our projects in the Atlanta and the greater Atlanta area as we open new communities.
