Key Responsibilities:

1. HVAC Installation: Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
2. Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, explaining the installation process and addressing any concerns they may have.
3. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Detail : Maintain accurate records of installations, parts used, and customer interactions.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless installation experience for our customers.

Qualifications:

1. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with residential HVAC installation, including knowledge of various brands and models.
2. Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to communicate with customers and address their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities during installations.
4. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in all tasks.
5. Experience: Prior experience as a residential HVAC installer is required.
