At Elmer's Air Conditioning and Heating, we're looking for a full-time Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to help keep Houston homes cool and comfortable! If you have a passion for delivering top-notch service and ensuring HVAC systems run at peak performance, we want YOU!

This exciting position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000+ per year, commensurate with your skills and experience.

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN?

You hit the road, arriving at customers' homes with a friendly smile, ready to perform routine preventative maintenance and comprehensive tune-ups that keep their HVAC systems running smoothly. With precision and expertise, you assess each unit, making necessary adjustments and catching potential issues before they escalate. As you work, you engage with homeowners, providing basic-level sales interactions by educating them on ways to improve efficiency and comfort. Keeping your tools and workspace organized, you ensure that every job is completed with top-tier professionalism and care. Every day, you take pride in knowing your skills help families stay cool in the Texas heat!

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

Your workweek is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, with alternating weekends.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN?

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• AC and Refrigeration license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
• EPA certification
