If you’re an experienced residential HVAC service technician that is also willing to perform system installations, we have an immediate opening for you.

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home to complete the necessary repair, maintenance, or installation. You will succeed by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs.

Your Responsibilities as a Residential Service & Installation Professional

· Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.

· Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.

· Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.

· Lead or Assist with System Installations – Demonstrate your skills and expertise by performing system installations that look great and perform perfectly.

Job Requirements

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

· Experience in residential HVAC

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

· Ability to lift 60 lbs.

· Excellent communication skills with customers and office team

· Professional appearance and personality

Benefits & Pay
