HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel to homes and businesses as scheduled
• Determine customer concerns with their current HVAC system & Perform Repairs.
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance
• Repair Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources
• Thorough Knowledge of HVAC Systems & Methods
• Natural Customer Service & Sales Skills
• Knowledge of HVAC Safety Standards and Protocols
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills
• Willingness to Continue Learning About HVAC Technologies.
• Perform routine maintenance
• Communicate with clients and customers
• Order and maintain equipment
• Meet local HVAC codes
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Understand refrigeration cycles

HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants required
• Proficient with manual and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Willing to undergo a background check
• 3+ years of experience doing Residential HVAC

You will have your own truck to take home daily.

You will be treated like a Human & will be home for Dinner every night!
