Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at Zubie Home Service. As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will play a key role in installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Perform HVAC equipment inspections and make recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within given timelines
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all installation, maintenance, and repair activities
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of required materials

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
